One card good for all the races of Pimco in one year running season and gives you the maximum benefit of being able to run all the races at minimum budget instead of paying on per race basis. No more hustle in registration. Just present your Pimco Runners Gold Card for registration and presto get your race kit at our office or selected Registration Partners.

With the card you can plan ahead and not thinking of the budget for succeeding runs. Your budget is the cost of the card only. You join the practice runs and prepare. Simply move on with your preparations in the races of your choice. The card is valid for the entire year from March 1, 2013 to March 1, 2014 run all the race events you can when you want it including other functions and events of Pimco Sporting Events.

How to sign up?

1.      Fill-up the application form and submit. Application form is also available online.

2.      Pay the Card Fee P5,000.00 pesos either in full upon application or in 2 easy gives, 50% upon submission of application and 50% within 60 days or before using the Card for a race. Pay either in cash or check. If check, should be payable to Pimco Business Solutions Co.

3.      Applicants must submit 2x2 passport colored photo for the Gold Card.

4.      Gold Card will be delivered to holders at home or in office within 15 days from payment.

How to Use the Card?

1.      Use the card for the race event of choice in whatever category of choice for the 21k, 24k, and 50k or even lower categories. Valid on all races of Pimco Sporting Events for a period of 1 year from the month of purchase. Can be used immediately.

2.      Register at the Registration Partner outlets designated for Card use or Register at Pimco Office or Directly Online using the card. For Online Registration, upon acceptance of application you will be sent within 15 days your card soft copy which you can email when you use it for Online Registration to confirm your registration and use of card for the race event. At on-site registration you can just present the card upon signing of the registration requirements of the race and to claim your race kit.

3.      In Trail Running Camp and familiarization runs of Pimco, you can just present the card and join the camp and familiarization runs even if you don’t participate in the races.

4.      You can also present the card in special events (non-racing) of Pimco Sporting Events and get discount of as much as 20%.

5.      Pimco is working continuously for the participating shops and stores which may give discounts to holders of the card. This is going to be updated on the exclusive web site and exclusive Facebook Fan Page that will be put up exclusively for Pimco Runners Gold Card holders only. You may present the card at the stores and shops that will display the Logo of Pimco indicating available discounts to card holders. Any promotions of the stores and shops will be announced in the networking sites for the Runners Gold Card Holder.

Promotional Sign-Up Bonus:

When you sign up, you will be considered a serious regular runner and will be included in the Runners Pool from where we will choose based on merits possible trip abroad to participate in international racing events.

Terms and Conditions:

1.      Card is only valid to all the races organized, produced, and managed by Pimco Sporting Events and will include all other non-running event functions also by Pimco.

2.      Use of Card maybe transferred by the cardholder to spouse for use to register for a race in the event the cardholder is not available for the race.

3.      Card holder must always use the card to register within the designated period of registration for the race event. Card can’t be used for late registration. Late registration means registration after the regular registration period of a given race.

4.      Only Card holder can use the card to register himself or spouse only. Only one of either the cardholder or the spouse maybe registered using the card by the cardholder. It’s non-transferrable. In claiming for race kits and other collateral materials of the race only the Card Holder may claim using the Card.

5.      Card maybe renewed yearly replaced by a new card after payment of the Card Fees.

6.      Card may also be used as discount card only to participating stores, shops, and establishments bearing the Logo of Pimco Runners Card. Updates if any on the stores, shops, and establishments will be announced and posted on our networking sites.

7.      Should store and shops offer discount for the use of card, you may present it only to the stores and shops accepting the card for discount. As discount card, shops and stores vary in their discount offering. You may refer on the announcements at the exclusive Card Holder web site and networking sites for any promo offer to cardholders.

8.      An Online Shop will soon be available to all our runners once up the card maybe used to avail of discounts.

9.      Application for the Runners Gold Card will only be available by invitation or by application subject to approval and confirmation from Pimco Sporting Events either online or onsite at our office or authorized outlets.
